From a narrow street in the city of Porto, curious and perplexed eyes meet in front of the slow demolition of a ruined Portuguese house. As this ruin crumbles day by day, the busy street changes its face. What will be left once the ruin will be gone?

A journey through the practices of four women who use their bodies, breaths, and minds as tools for everyday resistance to military occupation. Filmed between Palestine and Barcelona, we get insights from particle physicist Dr. Wafaa Khater, Olympian swimmer Sabine Hazboun, marathon-runner Diala Isid and yoga instructor Eilda Zaghmout: four women who generate well-being and wonder, betting on action and astonishment.

Karen Lips is researcher and lives for several years in a tiny little shack in Costa Rica to observe frogs. When she leaves the cloud forest for a short time and returns, the frogs are gone. All of them. Karen sets out to find them – and encounters a horrible truth.
