Invisible Isolation
Germany 2022, color, 4 min, OV, Engl. sub
Director: Max-josef Zeller
Production: Max-josef Zeller
The eyesight seems caught in the driving pulse of the music. Alone and isolated from the other eye, it shows its essential form of life. The usually reflexive and unconscious movement of blinking becomes the focus of a performative, compulsive journey. The life-giving power of water acts like a redemptive liberation from uniformity.

Somnambuhl – Loveula
Germany 2022, black & white, 3 min, OV, Engl. sub
Director: Dr. Hendrik Buhl, Somnambuhl
Production: Dr. Hendrik Buhl
Loveula bows to "Nosferatu – A Symphony of Horror" (1922) by Friedrich Wilhelm Murnau. The love vampire is as a homage to the now hundred-year-old classic silent film. Somnambuhl gives him a voice and counts four times three.

The Black Whole
Germany 2022, black & white, 2 min, OV, Engl. sub
Director: Klaus Schwarzfischer
Production: Klaus Schwarzfischer
The action takes place in a black hole. It swallows up all image sequences and sounds. Neither the elaborately staged mass scenes of the interstellar battles between hostile galaxies can be seen nor the dialogues produced by artificial intelligence and inspired by Shakespeare’s Macbeth can be heard. A pity, actually.
