Transformation: Gesellschaft

Transformation: Gesellschaft

The balcony as a symbol of social and political upheaval exposes manipulative historiography (TOP DOWN MEMORY). This could be used positively as well as negatively. However, it is nice to see that topics become visible, which thereby gain the power to change our society in a positive sense (THE DOOR OF RETURN, GRANNY’S SEXUAL LIFE). This can also succeed by metaphorically illuminating social conditions (GOODBYE FAIRYLAND). To be noted: social conditions and changes can be brought about from within and from without. For example, the pandemic brought about many social changes from the outside (CITADEL). From the inside through power and greed, however, societies can also change or even be wiped out completely, even if the trigger first comes from the outside (PEOPLE IN MOTION).
